Online Plans for Businesses

Getting serious about your online presence

Developing a comprehensive plan for your website is the best way to make sure your goals are met. Our online plans are designed to maximize the time we have for communicating with you and crafting a site unique to your needs and goals.

Phase 1 – Planning: We’ll meet and ask lots of questions to each other. We’ll want to know about your business, who you see as competitors, what differentiates you, and how your business is seen by customers. We’ll also discuss your expectations, specific goals, budget, and what your plans are after your new site is live. We’ll take a few days to put together a proposal and present it. If you like what you see, we’ll sign a contract.

Phase 2 – Design: We’ll discuss the goals of the design and the technical aspects of how your site will work. At the end of this phase we’ll create mock-ups of your new site for your approval. This phase is the one most influenced by the project’s budget range; the more time we can devote to this phase, the more refined the final design will be. It can range from two weeks to three months depending on your needs.

Phase 3 – Building: After the design is approved, we’ll build it on our staging server. You’ll review the completed site and discuss any last-minute concerns with us. When everyone is ready, the new site will be quickly deployed to your domain.

Ongoing – Consulting: You may opt to retain our services for ongoing consultation, management of an advertising campaign, or other services. This is entirely at your discretion and contracted separately in 6-month increments to ensure your satisfaction. We enjoy empowering our clients by teaching them to use the tools to maintain and update their new website on their own. All plans come with free Wordpress software upgrades for 1 year to ensure the security of your site.

Custom web design solutions for smaller websites start at $3,000. Solutions for complex sites start at $6,000. High-end web design solutions with comprehensive growth plans and ongoing consultation range from $10,000 to $60,000. Typically, we split payments between the three phases.
